This approach is not only cost-effective but also minimizes downtime for your vehicle, ensuring you receive comprehensive and professional service.

Every modern vehicle is unique, often brimming with advanced electronic systems that vary even between similar models. Because of this complexity, repair costs are determined on a case-by-case basis. By sharing your car’s registration and VIN/Chassis number via our enquiry form, our technicians can quickly access your vehicle’s specifications, accurately diagnose the problem, and advise you on expected costs and required procedures. We may ask you to send in the faulty part or arrange a diagnostic appointment, depending on the situation.

We offer complimentary diagnostic assessment when you send your faulty system to us—only return shipping charges apply. If you prefer on-site diagnostics at our facility, the initial system scan (usually completed within 15 minutes) is also free of charge. Should your vehicle require more in-depth testing—such as physical inspections, circuit analysis, or component extraction—these services are billed at £75 + VAT per hour. We will always communicate any additional costs in advance.

If you send the equipment to us, diagnostics are typically completed within 24 to 48 hours from receipt (although these times are estimates, not guarantees). When bringing your vehicle to our premises, our team will evaluate your situation and provide a time estimate in advance, ensuring you can plan your schedule with confidence. We prioritise transparency and efficiency throughout your service experience.
